Shipping Methods
AccessoryJack uses Registered Airmail with a tracking number for all international orders. Shipping charges are calculated based on the quantity and model of the products ordered, as well as the selected shipping method.
If you would like to add additional shipping insurance to your package, please contact our customer service team to make arrangements.
Processing Time
All orders placed with AccessoryJack.com are subject to a processing period of 48 working hours prior to shipment. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. We reserve the right to determine shipping destinations without prior notice, and all shipments are subject to stock availability.
Express Shipping
For express shipping, we use FedEx or EMS, depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package is ready for shipment, allowing you to monitor its delivery status.
Delivery Lead Time
Once we receive your order and payment confirmation, we will ship your items within 48 working hours. Our warehouse in Hong Kong is efficient in processing orders. Here are our estimated delivery times for different regions:

Shipping Confirmation
When your order ships, we will email you a Shipping Confirmation that includes your Tracking Number for reference and tracking purposes.
Mis-Shipment Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate information on the Registration Form. Please double-check that your shipping address and daytime phone number are correct. If the shipper loses the package due to an error in the information provided by you, it will be your responsibility to provide accurate details to the shipper.
Undeliverable Items
A package may be classified as undeliverable due to one of the following reasons:
- An incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
- A refusal by the recipient
If your package is deemed undeliverable and returned to AccessoryJack, we will notify you via email regarding re-delivery options. In such cases, a reshipping fee will apply according to our standard shipping rates.
Missing Materials
If you receive any missing materials from your product packages (such as software, manuals, cards, cables, etc.), please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at Service@AccessoryJack.com for replacement materials. After this period, it will be your responsibility to purchase replacement materials by contacting us.
Error in Shipment
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our staff for assistance with an exchange. Return the item via Airmail; if it was our error in shipment, we will refund your postage costs. Please note that the maximum postage refund will be equivalent to the amount you paid us for shipping. A receipt must be provided; otherwise, please inform our staff.

Please note that once your order is submitted for processing, it cannot be canceled.
